This place "threadbeast" is pretty much a ripoff and a waste of my hard earned moneyNot a single item was worth wearingI mean 2nd box was worst than the 1stPremium package? Another joke! lol I don't even know how to address this matter I got a bunch of clothes I guess from the dollar storeI'm willing to bet, even thrift store clothes stand a better chanceAnd can u believe they give u a personal stylist? I think that stylist is high as [redacted] because they straight up gave me Obama election shirtsHow was any of that ***'s stuff? A bunch of cheap [redacted] white t-shirts with stupid designs on emNo issues with Obama but I just don't wear stuff like thatlol I'm rolling but frigging pissed and so disappointedIt's so bad I can't find anyone to give the cheap stuff toMatter of fact I want a refundCan I add pix?

I signed up and they sent me an email asking about myself, my style, and what I was looking for, and what I did not want to receive. About a week later, a box arrived. I was pretty excited for a moment, then I opened the box, only to find that they sent me exactly what I asked not to send. So, I went on their website to see how to remedy the situation, to discover that, buried in pages of legal-speak, was that they do not accept returns. They literally just keep cheap goods on hand and send them out under the guise of having a 'stylist' personally select things for you. I was all simply garbage. I created a Facebook page called "ThreadBeast Complaint Page" where people can share their stories, since their official page deletes any comment that isn't 100% positive.

Total scam so far - $dollars spent without receiving any clothing ThreadBeast says that "it doesn't provide refunds" so we are out of luck I will have to contest this with our credit card company So much fun!!
My 15-year old son signed up for ThreadBeast He filled out his profile and used his own email address for the style profile and my email address for the checkout, since I will be paying for it This discrepancy apparently caused TB to not send any boxes to us but to continue billing us anyway I told them right away that we weren't receiving anything but they kept saying it would arrive soon Only after dinging our credit card for two months of boxes did they tell us we needed to changed the emails addresses to match AND that they will not refund our money spent so far Of course, every email sent to us contains lots of exclamation points, as if that will make their screwing us so much better Very unsatisfied with their service
