Review: Mid February I contacted Ms. Vicki and advised her that I have 4 shirts which needed to be picked up for Company monogram. She came in our office on 03/30/2015 to pick up the shirts, I had to pre-pay her for the work so I gave her a check. A week later she calls me to tell me that she tried to usemy check and wrote Rouse Supermarket on it to purchase groceries and they would not accept a third party check so she came by the office for me to give her another check.... weeks went by and I called her, she started laughing advising me that she put the wrong company on my shirts so she would have to go to the store to replace my shirts so I told her where I had purchased them and that I would like the same kind and same colors.... so weeks has gone by and still no shirts.... here we are June 12thand I have contacted her numerous times advising me that she will bring them on a certain day andnever showed up. Every time I called her it's a different excuse.... During Easter, my daughtergave her some Easter bunnies to have the ears monogram and she gave them back with their namesup side down.....my co-worker from another office received her shirts two weeks ago and advised meyesterday that they are not the same color cause she put the wrong logo on her's as well. Here we are June 12th and I still have not received my shirts... I would like my shirts back and my money.I will never use her again plus advised the numerous organizations I belong to, not to use her as well.Desired Settlement: I would like my shirts back monogrammed, same colors that I had purchased or my shirts and moneyback.
