I am rejecting this response because: I bought those dress pants, had them tailored, wore them ONE time, and then sent them
to this cleaners to be cleaned and pressed They lost my pants for a few days first of all, and then when they were found they had been damaged The company then told me it was my fault that they were damaged They were damaged while in their car while they lost them for a week I work in a professional office environment and nothing that I go near can burn it put grease on my clothing Their equipment can burn and put grease marks on my clothing I believe that in the week they lost my pants they were trying to hide the fact that they damaged them

Responding to [redacted]e complaint regarding a lost belt accessory. On 9/13/2017 Mrs. [redacted]e came in to ask about a missing belt I advised her we would do everything we could to find the belt and asked her to give me a little time to look for it. After about 2-3 days Mrs. [redacted]e called me...
and said she wanted a new dress I advised her we would not be able to give her a new dress but I could offer her a credit in the amount of the dress. Mrs. [redacted]e would not acknowledge the credit and would not listen to any other offers and advised she would give us a negative review and contact the Revdex.com. I have not had any other contact with Mrs. [redacted]e. Please advise what are the next steps in this process. As I informed the customer those pants were damaged due to wear by the user not us. We are not liable for any damage done by the owner of the pants.
