Threads SD

Review: I am the ASB Advisor at [redacted] High School in San Diego, CA. Recently, the Class of 2014 placed an order with threads for both hooded and crew neck sweatshirts, with silk screening on both the front and back of each sweatshirt. In total, 127 sweatshirts were ordered for an invoice total of $2559.51. Threads SD received a check for the exact invoice total from [redacted] High School. This money was dispersed through the Finance Office at [redacted] High School, using the Class of 2014's club account, and is student money.At issue is the color of the hooded sweatshirts and the color of the crew neck sweatshirts. The 49 crew neck sweatshirts are supposed to be heather grey, but the sweatshirts delivered are black. The hooded sweatshirts are supposed to be black, but the sweatshirts delivered are heather grey. There was a mistake on an invoice generated by Threads SD at the beginning of the ordering process (the invoice is dated 3/11/2013), which indicated the incorrect black for the crew neck sweatshirts and heather grey for the hooded sweatshirts.HOWEVER, the 2014 Class President notified Threads SD, via text message, of the mistake. Over several text messages, between 3/12/2013 and 3/23/2013, the mistake was pointed out to [redacted] from Threads SD and it was stated by [redacted] that changing the order to reflect black hooded sweatshirts and heather grey crew neck sweatshirts was "OK" and that there would be no change in the cost for the change. The sweatshirts were delivered to [redacted] High School on 4/12/13.Upon receiving the order with the incorrect colors, an order which was also 2 days late, Threads SD has not responded to my repeated phone calls and voice mail messages left. [redacted] from Threads SD has shown no willingness to communicate with either myself or the 2014 Class President. This is unacceptable, especially when dealing with student body funds from a public high school.The students paid for a product that was not delivered.Desired Settlement: Threads SD should deliver, ASAP, the correct order of 78 black hooded sweatshirts (30 small, 30 medium, 15 large, 2 x-large, and 1 3x-large) and 49 heather grey crew neck sweatshirts (27 small, 12 medium, 9 large, and 1 x-large) with the the silk screen designs and ink colors originally agreed upon. There should be no extra cost to the students of Morse High School. Threads SD will be entitled to receive back the inventory of incorrect sweatshirts delivered to Morse High School.
