Review: Ordered 85 t-shirts from ThreadsTech and not only did the t-shirts arrive over 3 days late without notice, but the t-shirts were also not true to scale nor to the approved mock-up. The t-shirt's design was not centered, smaller than in the approved mock-up as well as had a misspelling of one of the words. After trying to get in contact with the owner for several days, it was clear they were ignoring calls and would not even respond to emails. After reaching out to the representative who referred me to the company they were able to get the owner to call me only to say that I had approved the mock-up with the mistakes, which I had not. I asked for proof of me approving the mock-up, given that I had all the email records and text messages showing clearly that the t-shirts I received were very different from the mock-up I approved to which the owner even agreed that the actual printed design was smaller and not centered. After waiting over two weeks, sending multiple emails and trying to get in touch with the owner via phone with no response, I want to take action to be fully refunded for these shirts and if necessary return them in order to receive all money back.Desired Settlement: Full refund of paid shirt total ($998) and this company reported for horrendous customer service and fraud.
