I am rejecting this response because: While I appreciate the refund, I fail to understand why it took two months and a Revdex.com complaint to receive a response. This whole issue could have been prevented had someone simply responded to one of my emails or voice mails. I would appreciate an explanation beyond "we apologize for the lapse in communication". It is very apparent that the "lapse in communication" was intentional, but what I do not understand is why.
