[redacted],               I have reviewed [redacted] complaint. She was fully made aware that the windshield could break and that she would be responsible for a replacement if that occurred. As in her complaint, she agreed for Royal to proceed with the repairs. Also, she came in to pick up her vehicle between 4 and 5 according to my service manager. [redacted] did complain that there was a water leak and we agreed to take care of the problem if this was the case and if it was the windshield, we would contact the company that did the install. [redacted] brought the vehicle back to us yesterday and we are doing a leak test as I write this.

I am writing you back in response to Mr. [redacted] complaint against Royal Chevrolet. Mr. [redacted] came in on a sunnySaturday to take delivery of his new vehicle, and upon inspection noticed some light surface scratches on the vehicle. vehicle by $[redacted] to offset the cost of detailing the vehicle and removing the scratches. Mr. [redacted] agreed to these terms, shook the hand of the manager, and proceeded with the paperwork. Royal had secured an estimate from its own body shop that the light surface scratches could be fixed for between $[redacted] and $[redacted]. At any time, Mr [redacted] had the opportunity to back out of the deal, but he chose to go forward with the purchase.Once Mr. [redacted] got home, he sought out estimates to repair the scratches and got estimates that were quite hirer than our body shop. Our manager came to me and asked if we would issue a check for $[redacted] to cover the quotes from the independent detail shops. Along with the price concession, the $[redacted] check would cover 2 of the 3 quotes that Mr. [redacted] received which we know are out of line. I agreed and the check was issued. Both times, Royal Chevrolet has complied with Mr. [redacted] requests, and Royal has done everything that we are going to do on this matter. I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have tried multiple time to contact this dealership via email and phone, conveniently there is never anyone I can talk to other than someone trying to set me up an appointment to come look at a car. I have sent multiple emails via their customer website to contact someone about this and I have never received a response from anyone. The [redacted] was not over 200000 miles when I brought it in, my papers say it was 170k. And I asked to speak with a manager that day and was told no one was available at that time to talk to me . In any case obviously the point here moot seeing as how they; 1. Never told me car was being taken anywhere, 2. Waited until I wanted to leave to tell me they broke my car, and 3. Clearly they do not check their company website emails. I told them at the end of my last email I would post reviews to get their attention due to not responding to any of my attempts to speak with them. I don't want anything from this dealership (I do not have the car in question anymore) other than an apology and it doesn't sound like I will get that. I'll just continue to let everyone how terrible their customer severe is. Thanks.

In previous service they've failed. I have little faith that they're able to resolve this issue. I have no interest in going back and forth with this "business" who refuses to  do the right thing in returning my money.  They broke my windshield and it hasnt been repaired properly. In addition, my AC, the original issue, has yet to get as cool as before. Please refund me my money. This is unacceptable service to say the least.

As I stated in my original complaint after I ask for the [redacted] and received an [redacted] vehicle history report that stated no problems. I made a comment, no problems huh, the sales consultant said no problems unless someone had some work done that knows somebody and didn't repot it. And that someone was Royal Chevrolet. I gave Royal Chevrolet a deposit of [redacted] on February 21, 2017 to hold the vehicle while I thought about it. I returned the next day to purchase the vehicle and I did . I think Royal Chevrolet had able time to tell me they had installed a used transmission before I made my purchase. When I returned the vehicle the first time of many, they gave my an invoice[redacted](see attached) that showed a used transmission installed on November 4, 2016 with a 3yr parts and labor warranty. They should have let me make the choice on whether or not I wanted to purchase a [redacted] vehicle with just [redacted] miles on it with a used transmission.

[redacted] was in our dealership on February 12 looking at a used [redacted]. She had a [redacted] with over 200000 miles on it to trade. When the appraiser took it on a test drive, the serpentine belt broke immediately after he took a right turn onto Broad St. We informed Ms. [redacted] what occurred and even...

offered her to stay in our vehicle if she wanted the repairs done at our store. She declined and left the store without making one complaint to anyone. Now, almost one month later, she is complaining to the Revdex.com and leaving bad reviews on the internet without ever discussing this with an employee at Royal. Anything can go wrong at any time on any vehicle with over 200000 miles. Royal is not responsible for her car's failure when the appraiser only got 100 yards down the road. Royal does not appreciate someone disparaging their reputation on a matter that happened almost one month in the past with zero communication with the staff at the store! Royal will not reimburse Ms. [redacted] for any expenses she incurred on her 200000 mile [redacted].
