Review: False Loan Request
I have no idea why these people keep calling me when in fact, I have never applied for a loan with their company. I am getting calls on my job when in fact we are not allowed personal calls and the phone calls are recorded on my job; therefore, if they deny calling my job at XXX-XXX-XXXX, the messages are still saved. I have asked these people to stop calling me because I have never done and never will do business with them. I am coming through your company for assistance to give this company a chance to STOP CALLING ME.Desired Settlement: I WANT A WRITTEN LETTER SENT TO Revdex.com THAT OUTLINED THEY HAVE REMOVED MY WORK NUMBER, NO MORE PHONE CALLS, REMOVE MY NAME OUT OF THEIR DATABASE, AND DEFINITELY OUTLINED THE POINT THAT I HAVE NEVER BEEN AND DEFINITELY WON'T BE A customer. I ALSO WANT THEM TO VERIFY THAT I IN NO WAY, APPLIED FOR A LOAN AND HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY GOT MY NAME AND WORK NUMBER. I AM A FIRM BELIEVER THAT MANY INDIVIDUALS DO FALSE ACTIVITIES AS WHICH, I DO NOT WISH TO BE PART OF THAT CIRCLE AND TO REMOVE MY NAME COMPLETELY.

On September 6, 2013 we received an online application with the consumer's name and contact information. We placed two separate calls to her work number, one on September 6 and again on September 9. Subsequently, the application we received was withdrawn and the work number has been removed. We have placed notes in our system that this consumer did not apply for a loan. I hope this helps assist in resolving the matter.

I do accept, however, I would like for this company to send Revdex.com a copy of the reply on a letterhead reflecting the business so I an keep in my file. I really appreciate the support given. If this is impossible, I will print what is in the complaint but documentation is very important in times like these.
Review: They did an unauthorized debit of $110.00 in my checking account saying it was an ACH payment. That was NEVER AUTHORIZED by me.
On 12/18 a debit was made in my chcking account by Three B Financial. I have no idea who they are and they were never authorized to debit my bank account. The debit was for $110.00.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded in the amount of $110.00 and I want it to never happen, again.
