Dear [redacted] As our previous email communications have stated:1) Thank you for bringing this matter to our attentionWe are a resale event that occurs every spring and fallConsignment is resale? We do everything we can to ensure that Sellers are selling items that are quality, complete and able to be usedWe quickly do a "double check" of all items when they are brought to the facility where the event occurs? This is a "moms helping moms" event; it happens approximately 3-days, twice a yearWe are not a brick and mortar storeWe are a dated seasonal consignment/resale event? We do not own the items being soldWe provide a service for families to sell their items to the general public without the effort of a garage sale.2) As stated on our doors, throughout the facility and on our website: ? All sales are finalInspect prior to purchasing.3) After receiving your initial complaint, we reached out to the seller of the item who stated that the item was complete and intact when she brought it? We then reached out to the Assistant that checked in her items at the venueShe also stated that it appeared to be new and complete.4) ? We reached out to you with documentation of our policies, we offered you a $shopper credit towards the purchase of the sheet set in which you are unhappy, which cost $? 5) We have made every effort to be professional, consistent and straight forwardI am sorry you are unhappy with the item you willingly chose to not inspect, chose to purchase and took offsite? Once removed from the facility, it becomes a triangle of "he said, she said" between the buyer and the sellerWe are the service both the buyer and seller utilizes to save money on gently-loved items and earn money on their gently-loved items.6) Our offer of a $shopper credit has already been issued, and received, by you.7) We apologize for the headache this has caused you, and us? We have reached out again to the seller of the item who insists that to the best of her knowledge it was complete.? 8) Again, as per our documented signage at the facility and on our website, All Sales are Final and Inspect Prior to Purchase

I am rejecting the response due to it not addressing the true concern I haveI was scammed by the seller or someone at your sale stole the other parts of the sheel set and the last I checked either are unlawfulYour company is promoting scamming by handling these issues in such a way and I want to be sure that anyone else that is looking into your company knows that they too could fall victim to such eventsI do want the total cost of the sheet set returned but more than that I want your company to reconsider how such situations are handled and to put in place a better more effective way of preventing them from happeningAll of your responses have led me to believe you will continue to do business as is and you have no remorse or sympathy for the fact that this happened at your saleNo matter who created this, you are the business and are taking on the responsibility of dealing with it, and you are not but rather brushing it under the rug in hopes it will just go away Regards, [redacted]
