The customer service was not goodThey front desk told us we could leave after we complained about not being able to check in on timeWe stayed in a villa that was still being cleaned when we finally did get our keysThe waterpark was over chlorinated and caused sever skin rashes on all of the kids we brought, so much so that we couldn't even use the park the last days of pur stayThe villa was not well stocked and not cleanWe spent the better half of our first morning cleaningDust, cobwebs, even moldI would NOT recommend this placeI'm not sure how it even meets health code standards
