The personalized champagne flutes I received are awesome. They arrived on time (ahead of schedule!), were in perfect shape, and were even cuter than I imagined. Was created quickly and any time I tried to contact the seller she responded within an hour or less. Love the product! I got the Wine Decantor with the stoppper and had a M engraved. For my sister for Christmas and she loved it. Without the rush shipping and even during the holidays it was created in about a week. The package itself was wrapped with so much bubble wrap that I bet that glass would never break in its package. Overall great experience and great company.
