Three Brothers Moving

Do you want the most unprofessional movers out there? Ones that break stuff and says that it was already broken? Ones that forget stuff and when you point it out they just shrug it off and say "oops"? If that's what you want go to THREE BROTHERS MOVING because that is exactly what you will get. I am shocked at the experience I had with them move me on Tuesday July 7, 2020. I don't even know where to start. The owner ADAM was practically useless. I found them on the UHUAL website as movers they recommended and UHAUL should do more vetting on the movers they suggest. Let's start listing the issues:
1. Incredibly unprofessional movers that did nothing but complain the entire move.
2. ADAM convinced me that 3 movers was better then 2 and I was stupid to listen to him. He also told me that all my stuff would fit in a 16ft truck. Yeah, my stuff took up most of the 26ft truck that I told him I wanted and got.
3. FORGOT ITEMS THAT I TOLD THEM NEEDED TO BE TAKEN IN THE MOVE. They brought my mattress and my headboard for my bed but not the bed frame. The movers didn't even bother to offer to go back and get it. The owner of the company offered to send someone out but I already found a friend to move it for me. I didn't want to deal with any of their movers anymore.
4. Breaking boxes and stuff in said boxes got broken, and they claim it could have been broken for they moved it. The boxes were perfect before they were moved.
5. I asked them to wrap my furniture and they didn't and it scuffed up some of my furniture.
6. I found a screw jammed into the side of my dresser and there weren't any screws near my stuff. They also took a nice big chip off the same dresser.
7. On our way to our destination they took a pit stop at the gas station to get drinks and didn't even bother to say anything to me. I had to text them and ask what was going on. That took time that I was charged for.
8. At our final destination I was waiting for 15 minutes for them to show up, turns out they went to the incorrect apartment. Wasting more time and money that I spent.
9. Turns out they are supposed to have you walk through and make sure that they got everything that was supposed to be moved. They did not do that.
10. When I called the owner to tell him about my experience he wasn't any help. The only thing he offered was for someone to come move the stuff for free. Too bad I already had a friend coming over to move it.
11. When they quoted me the didn't quote me correctly and their "contract" is just some stuff on their website. That is not a contract that is just terms and conditions.
For the time that they charged me was absolutely terrible. 3 hours of work and they forgot stuff, broke stuff and just all around sucked. Not worth the over $425 I spent. The only way to make this right is to refund me my money because of the horrendous job that was done. NEVER USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT A *** MOVING JOB.

Today, Marcos and another black young guy helped to move the stuff from my house. This is worst moving company I have ever seen. Wish I can give them zero star. Very bad attitude. Do not use them for ever. The workers's attitude was very bad, not professional and respected at all. When they moved the furniture, I just kindly to tell him, Be careful, don't scratch the floor. He should respond, yes, MAM, trust me, will not. That is enough, just kept doing. The guy named MARCOS, he started to challenge me, questioned me and then argued with me. I said, the conversation is over, stop arguing, you have to keep working, then he did not stop, very rude. And then his coworker, a young black guy they started yelling at me. I asked them to stop. They did not, then I had to call 911, policemen came, then they stopped and kept working. That is ridiculous. That is my house, it is very responsible to let them be careful, don't scratch the floor. How come, he did not accept it. And then argued with me, and yelling with me. And when they left, the black guy stuck his tongue to me! That is not acceptable at all.

The BEST moving company in the DFW metroplex. These guys are very nice and extremely patient willing to meet all your needs and requests. They took care of my expensive furniture as if it's their own. I recommend them over any other moving company. Coming from someone who moves once a year, these guys are th best hands down.
