Case: ***We received the Adventure in June of after being involved in an accident, upon inspection of the bike our mechanic determined the frame was bentAfter the insurance adjuster inspected the bike it was determined that we would order a new frame from KTM (the manufacture)
to replace the damaged one, we received the check from the insurance company and ordered the new frameThere were a few estimated times of arrivals posted from KTM, however they were not metWe are still waiting on the frame to arrive from KTMWe followed standard producer and should not be held liable due to the fact that we have not yet received the frame to complete necessary repairs

IF THE BENT FRAME WAS DISCOVERED WHEN THE BIKE WAS INSPECTED BEFORE ORDERING ALL THE OTHER PARTS THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED THEN I COULD SEE HOW YOU ARE NOT AT FAULT BUT THAT ISN'T HOW IT WENTOUR INSURANCE COMPANY WROTE YOU TWO SEPARATE CHECKS DUE TO YOUR MECHANIC REALIZING THE FRAME WAS BENT WHEN HE STARTED TO INSTALL THE NEW PARTSHAD THREE BROTHERS HAD DONE UNACCRATE DAMAGE ACCESSMENT THEY WOULD HAVE FOUND THAT THE FRAME WAS DAMAGEDHAD THEY REPORTED IT THAT WAY THE FIRST TIME THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN A HIGHER PROBABILITY IT WOULD HAVE BEEN TOTALED.NOW WE ARE IN THIS SITUATIONSWE ARE STILL MAKING PAYMENTS OF $PER MONTH FOR A MOTORCYCLE WE DON'T HAVEI ALSO RECEIVED A REPLY FROM KTM SPORTMOTORCYCLE USA INCI SAVED THEIR REPLY AND ATTACHED IT AS A FILEHOWEVER, MY COMPLAINT HAS NOT BEEN SETTLED WITH KTM AS OF YET AND ACCORDING TO THEIR REPLY THEY'RE ARE WILLING TO HELP THREE BROTHERS RESOLVE THE SITUATIONTHAT'S HOW I INTERPRETED IT EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID THREE BROTHERS WOULD HAVE TO ASK THEMEITHER WAY I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSES UNTIL THIS IS 100% SETTLED!!
