Three Chopt West Apartments

We have moved in our townhouse in April We were told specifically that we were moving in a quiet section with no complaints of anything Boy did we get lied too We have a three ring virus living next to us (loud music at all hours of the night like right now, people in and out at all hours of the night, the fighting, the parties like last night, the drinking, drug dealing, parties in the cal da sac) After being called a liar by management, my husband went up there and spoke with the manager They received a day notice Well nothing has changed since that day notice was up and the office refuses to do anything about it So because they are on an end unit and we are the only neighbors, we have to pay the same amount of rent as they do to have my year old subjected to this day in and day out The people of the other side of us are being wanted by the FBI and are on the run, so im sure they would never complain Seems alittle unfair to me My husband and I are both in the medical field, these people don't even work! So you can see where we stand We have attempted to contact the rental office numerous timesAt one time we asked them to come over and experience it, but the response was "I'm the only one in the office" I have pictures, video, nothing seems to matter We have talked to other neighbors and they have complained, but I guess they would rather keep trash in here then working class people Seems backwards to me

Review: There have been tons of roaches since we moved in this apartment in September. I have called the rental office at least five times. The person told me that she put me in the wait-list for treatment and said that they will come to treat my apartment. But they never showed up. Because of this, my son's previous nanny already left and my current nanny complained about it constantly. My baby son (two-year-old)'s health is threatened. I am extremely disappointed about their service.Desired Settlement: I hope to get out of the lease (one-year lease) without penalty. I can not trust their business anymore.

Spoke with[redacted] from the business. An exterminator was called and a full extermination was done. The office has not heard from the customer again concerning this matter.
