I am rejecting this response because I ordered a "Legends" finish which is smooth (and darker) than the Expresso/ DISTRESSED + lighter finish providedThe "Legends" finish is not the same as the "Expresso" providedThe MFG asked [redacted] to change the order to Expresso AFTER I had already reviewed + rejected the chairsSee attached email from [redacted] indicating that the Legends finish (which is still valid) is SMOOTH NOT DISTRESSEDAlso the attached documents show that the Legends finish is still sold on the website [redacted] refuses to respond to the issue that the chairs have the WRONG FINISH and that the MFG asked [redacted] to change the ordered finish after the fact and after the chairs were rejectedThe MFG is stating that a distressed finish is not defectiveHowever, it has not responded to the fact that Legends is still being offered on the website as of June, and months after my orderThe MFG should not have changed the order to Expresso or provided an Expresso finish without authorizationAccording to the MFG policy, it should not have proceeded with the order at all if it could not provide a "Legends" finishIn addition, [redacted] says to contact the storeI have contacted the store months ago with no response to this issue

I was informed that one of the benches became damaged (during the month delay) and I am therefore told that I will be receiving a full refund for the two benchesIf two undamaged benches can be delivered, I do not need this refundI have been told and am awaiting a refund on the two chairs

This is resolved.  The [redacted] benches are being
delivered to the member tomorrow.  The [redacted] order is being picked up by
UCCD, returned for salvage and a refund check will be mailed directly to her
today.

See attached email from [redacted] indicating that the Legends finish (which is still valid) is SMOOTH NOT DISTRESSED. Also the attached documents show that the Legends finish is still sold on the website.
