exchange for travel and expensesTCS specializes in providing “Highlight” wedding videos at the standard cost of $1,500, with portions of the entire wedding placed to a musical background in the style of a music videoMs*** reached out to TCS inquiring of this service, with her and TCS reaching a mutual agreement for serviceUpon completion of filming, all expenses were paid by Ms*** on time and expedientlyProduction became delayed due to unforeseen distractions, both *** and myself became fathers to children upon returnWhen the video was finally complete, it was uploaded to a server with the understanding that it must be downloaded in order to facilitate ownershipThe server, provided by Vimeo, deletes access to videos upon analysis of videos containing copyright materialThe video access was deleted after some time Later in the year of 2016, the client patiently addressed the lack of access and need for additional footage gratis, typically charged to the client of an additional $The video was reposted to a private server for additional access for client to receive and downloadThe client had additionally asked for additional footage, with intent of footage to be placed on personally owned thumb drive and returned by mailThe additional footage was too large to be placed on presented drive, so TCS purchased additional media to accommodate and mailed the footage to the client The client has received the media and confirmed possession as of 11/15/At this time there is no additional request for information, property, or services between Ms*** and TCS
