On March 24, MrHartman applied for apartment at *** *** *** *** He paid $for a non-refundable application fee and $for his deposit. His application was approved on March 25th for him to move in on April 3rd. After he was approved and the move in
date passed I was told that he got accepted at another community and was not going to move into our property. Therefore his deposit was forfeited according to the attached Qualifying Policies and Procedures for Touring and Leasing that he signed at the time of leasing that states "Should for any reason, the resident decide to cancel after the application has been approved or approved with an added deposit, the entire deposit is non-refundable.
