Three G Body & Paint's management has reached out to customer numerous times to address possible warranty items, and rental car charges. Customer has not responded. Shop will wait for customer to respond, i.e.: come in to resolve warranty items, etc.

Three G Body & Paint prides itself on excellent customer service, quality work, and quick turn around.  Automobiles are very complicated to repair, and when a vehicle has a lot of damage, often times there are hidden damages that are not revealed until the vehicle is torn down. That is the...

case with this particular vehicle. We are sorry that [redacted] was frustrated with the repair time going over the estimated time. His vehicle had a lot of damage, and when we prepared the initial estimate we gave him an approximate done date. The approximate done date is before hidden damages are revealed. The vehicle’s door had to be disassembled, and with some cars, this process can require that the window be re-programmed by the dealership. We were very fortunate that the dealership took care of us that same day, but Three G is at the mercy of the dealership’s time frame and what they communicate to us. We called [redacted] to let him know what the hold up was. We offered to deliver his vehicle to a place of his choosing so that he would not be inconvenienced further. As with all customers, we go out of our way to make repairs as quick as possible with the least amount of impact to our valued customers. Three G repaired his vehicle in a time frame that was faster than industry standard for this type of repair. Cycle time was excellent, and the hidden damages only extended the repair time by less than a day. The work and paint match was excellent, and the customer was very happy with the repair when he picked up his vehicle.
