Horrible experience I called to see a rental property that I was sure I wanted to rent, and realtor, Scott [redacted] keep trying to talk me into buying a house Told me HE made more money that way He told me the house I wanted to rent was not available to see I called the next day to see if it was ready as I knew I wanted to rent that house and wanted to be the first one to apply He again was talking about how I should be buying a house He told me as soon as the house had a lock box on door, he could show it to me I told him it had a lock box; I want to be the first to see/apply I had to call him the next morning after unreturned messages He told me he had to go sign papers as he was selling his own house and buying anotherHe finally called me after his personal business and said "someone else applied and the application was approved just this morning"Over days the property, according to him, went from not available to apply to takenInexcusableUnprofessional

This place is a complete waste of time, very unprofessional and rude, we were looking to rent a place , my first Realtor was Carri and she was forgetful , the second person was Scott *** , he seemed nice but after we put in our application he wouldn't return our calls I had to basically stock them, and then finally Joe called back to inform us they never put our application in , and the place had got rented, my initial contact was to rent a house and they offered me to buy a home and I explained I was not interested I feel they are racist and very judgmental, I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND A DOG DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY POSSESS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS OF A ROCK , NONE I WISH I HAD KNOWN THIS TO BEGIN WITH INSTEAD OF WASTING MY TIME AND LOADING MY CHILDREN IN THE CAR FOR EMPTY MISSIONS
