Revdex.com of Eastern MA,Three Limes Inc (DBA Purple Carrot) received the above referenced complaint via mail on Friday.I investigated the incident referenced in the letter - and this customer was in contact, as stated, with our team on 1/23, 1/& 1/25.Their account was cancelled on 1/as requested, which was past the deadline for the 1/shipment(Our deadline is as stated, the Tuesday before a shipment as we need to report order count to our providers.) Additionally, per our internal policy, this customer received a $credit ($25, and then an additional $25) for the ingredient issues that occurredThe payments from this customer for goods they received is as follows:Shipment delivered 1/23: $72Shipment delivered 1/30: $(with the $credit applied)As the customer received & kept these orders, no further refund is necessary on our endHowever, as a courtesy, I've refunded the remaining $charge to their credit card on file for the 1/deliveryThis will appear on their end within the next few business days.Thank you, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I first called this company about an issue with my order on January 23, 2018, to which I never received a call backI then sent them a message on [redacted] asking for a call backNo call backThen I get a message from them stating "sorry" we have credited you $toward your next order for this mishapOn January 24, 2018, I sent an email to Purple Carrot requesting to cancel immediatelyI tried to do this on my own accord via my account page on their site, but found this option unavailableAlso on the same day, I emailed " [redacted] " with the following question- Is it possible to return what was sent to me? I would rather not incur a charge for something that was not fully delivered uponThis question was never answered by Purple CarrotI would have been happy to complyI did receive the following response, on January 25th.All correspondence have been saved
