In late June, 2016, through its website, I requested an estimate from Three Little Pigs to repair exterior stucco damage to our tudor style house in Mississauga MississaugaSomeone from that company responded within a few days saying that the firm used [redacted] Limited, [redacted] Ave, Toronto for this type of work in Mississauga and that a representative from that company would be in contact within a few daysMr [redacted] contacted us a few days later and attended our place on July to inspect the damage and provided an initial verbal estimate with the understanding that the work would be done in mid to late SeptemberThe matter was left on the basis that I would contact him within a few days if we wanted to proceed By email, on July 12, I advised him that we wanted to proceed along the basis previously discussed and asked that a scope of work and cost estimate be firmed up Lacking a response I telephoned Mr [redacted] on July Mr [redacted] acknowledged receiving my July email but inferred he had been too busy to follow up I again requested that he contact us to firm up the arrangements but there was no response Three Little Pigs sent us an email in early October asking us whether [redacted] had been contracted to do the work and to rate the quality of its serviceConcurrently, we had sent an email to both Three Little Pigs and [redacted] to express our displeasure with the lack of performance by both companiesA response from [redacted] was not expected but we thought Three Little Pigs would want to follow up and provide some feedbackHowever, despite a subsequent email fate, nothing has been received [redacted] ***
