March 30, 2018To Whom It May Concern,The vehicle in question is approximately years old and in rough shapeThe wheels are also old and are ‘not chrome (which would clean up better) but an aluminium alloy which used to have a coating to make them shine and stay clean longer but no longer does due‘ to deteriorationI have previously explained this to the customerI also told the ‘customer on previous visits that she needed to wash more frequently to keep the brake dust from bonding to the wheels making it much harder to cleanWe have rewashed for the same complaint multiple times over the past or years, and the wheels just do not want to come all the way clean anymoreThe customer probably doesn't want to spend money on new wheels or pay for these to be re?nishedOn the day in question when my secretary said the customer called and complained again about the same problem I told the customer to come back and we would redo the customer car like I would for any customerI also instructed my secretary to check the customers wash historyThe customers last visit was nearly months prior (Jan26th, 2018)So when the customer returned I had long-time employee take it backI told him to do whatever he could for the wheelsWhen the car came up the wheels looked pretty goodMy employee said they should since he hand scrubbed each one in all the holes and crevices with a toothbrushThis is a detail service for which we would normally charge $per wheel ($total), but I provided at no charge in addition to rewashing the customers car on a busy dayWhen I returned the customers car to herThe customer said they looked much better and she seemed to be satisfied until I told her she could not return because I felt her expectations were unreasonableMy secretary told me the customer had complained about the price so I did say "you don't get to complain about the price, service, and get to return'Why would the customer want to unless she knew she was taking advantage of me by continuing to neglect her car and making me provide double service for priceWashing every months, driving around on Pennsylvania roads in winter weather conditions is just not often enough!!!I did tell the customer that I lost money on her and would have been better off if she hadn't washed at all with mewashes at $each plus a free $detail service totals up to $Not the $the customer paid and has the audacity to request a refundI request that the customer send me a check for the difference ($39.00) she owes meIf the customer wants to go to court, I welcome that beacuse I will ask the judge for that amount plus lost income which is substantial. If the customer ever tries to use my car wash, I will summon the Reading Police, (who wash their vehicles with me), to remove her for trespassing! March 30, 2018To Whom It May Concern,The vehicle in question is approximately 25 years old and in rough shape. The wheels are also old and are ‘not chrome (which would clean up better) but an aluminium alloy which used to have a coating to make them shine and stay clean longer...

but no longer does due‘ to deterioration. I have previously explained this to the customer. I also told the ‘customer on previous visits that she needed to wash more frequently to keep the brake dust from bonding to the wheels making it much harder to clean. We have rewashed for the same complaint multiple times over the past 2 or 3 years, and the wheels just do not want to come all the way clean anymore. The customer probably doesn't want to spend money on new wheels or pay for these to be re?nished. On the day in question when my secretary said the customer called and complained again about the same problem I told the customer to come back and we would redo the customer car like I would for any customer. I also instructed my secretary to check the customers wash history. The customers last visit was nearly 2 months prior (Jan. 26th, 2018). So when the customer returned I had long-time employee take it back. I told him to do whatever he could for the wheels. When the car came up the wheels looked pretty good. My employee said they should since he hand  scrubbed each one in all the holes and crevices with a toothbrush. This is a detail service for which we would normally charge $5 per wheel ($20 total), but I provided at no charge in addition to rewashing the customers car on a busy day. When I returned the customers car to her. The customer said they looked much better and she seemed to be satisfied until I told her she could not return because I felt her expectations were unreasonable. My secretary told me the customer had complained about the price so I did say "you don't get to complain about the price, service, and get to return'. Why would the customer want to unless she knew she was taking advantage of me by continuing to neglect her car and making me provide double service for 1 price. Washing every 2 months, driving around on Pennsylvania roads in winter weather conditions is just not often enough!!!I did tell the customer that I lost money on her and would have been better off if she hadn't washed at all with me. 2 washes at $19.00 each plus a free $20.00 detail service totals up to $58.00. Not the $19.00 the customer paid and has the audacity to request a refund. I request that the customer send me a check for the difference ($39.00) she owes me. If the customer wants to go to court, I welcome that beacuse I will ask the judge for that amount plus lost income which is substantial. If the customer ever tries to use my car wash, I will summon the Reading Police, (who wash their vehicles with me), to remove her for trespassing! Sincerely,Lyle G.P.S.
