December 15, 2014Dear ** ***,I am writing in regards to the complaint assigned ID# ***.When the client called to make an appointment, she was very concerned about a flea problem and wanted flea medication that required that the pet be examined by a VeterinarianShe was asked at that time if
the vaccines were due and apparently, they would not be due for two weeksWhile we do offer the Distemper vaccine as included with office exam, in this case, since no vaccine was due, it would need to be scheduled at another examShe was informed correctly that there would be another $exam fee at that time, but in this circumstance, I would be willing to put a $credit on the account so that she can get the Distemper vaccine.I am sorry for all of the confusion.Sincerely,Jeannie B.Hospital Administrator
