The business owner contacted me today, September 3rd, and made a verbal offer to pay the amount listed on the dealer invoice for the replacement part and paint. The owner is not intending to actually pay me until I close the complaint as satisfactory. This cannot be done until I actually receive the funds however. When the funds are received in the amount listed on the invoice, $51.XX I intend to close this out as responded to my satisfaction.
