85014 Ref:Complaint No. [redacted]
This is in response to the above complaint filed by [redacted]
In March of 2015,1 did speak with [redacted] in regards to the removal of a 8 x 40 travel trailer that had been abandoned on property she had purchased. She explained that she had received a call from [redacted] at the Coconino Cty Zoning Dept. in Flagstaff and mat as the home was abandoned they wanted it removed. We spoke about the cost of the removal and I explained to her that I would contact [redacted] at the County, as we would not be able to do the work until the middle of April or later. In speaking with [redacted] he understood that time frame and said that as long as the unit was removed there wouldn't be any issue. In March [redacted] did mail the payment for the removal so that we could proceed. In checking with her we found out that she did not have a title for the unit and I had her sign a statement stating that we had her permission to remove the unit. In April we sent out a guy to look at what we needed to remove the unit and found out that it was not a 8 x 40 travel trailer, but was an old 10 x 55 mobile home. It also had some structual issues that had to be addressed so that we could transport it down the highway. With weather issues and where her property was at we were unable to remove the home due to the ground being soft from rain. With the unit being larger than we were orginially told, this presented another issue as we had to get a oversize permit from the State to remove the home and haul on the state highway. In hind site we should have looked at the site before taking on the job, however, with the info that [redacted] provided and [redacted] at the County, 1 didn't fell there was a problem until we went out. At one point we weren't sure we were going to be able to transport it, that it might have to be dismataled on the property. We were able to reinforce a couple of the walls and ceiling so that we could transport it down the road. As of the date of this letter the home has been removed. We were finally able to get the permit to transport the unit, and by reinforcing the weak areas we were able to remove the unit from the property. It has been off the property for a number of weeks as of the date of this letter. I am not sure as to the date the County went out and looked, but 1 did leave a message for [redacted] several weeks ago that the home has been removed. I did inform [redacted] that we would try and take pictures for her, however, the ones that my guy took didn't come through for me to foward to her. Also, she states that I told her that reasons for not being able to remove the home were due to personal problems. I am not sure where this came from, as I have not spoken to her about anything personal. We did have issues getting the permit due to no title. Also, she states that I didn't return her call, which if I received a message I would call her back. 1 know that she stated she had called but 1 didn't answer the phone. If I am in the office I will answer the call or if we aren't in then the answering machine should pick up and we would return the call within a couple of days.
If there are any further questions in regards to this matter, please let me know.
Thank you

Review: I have an old mobile home trailer on my property that needs to be removed in accordance to the Coconino County in Arizona. Coconino County office has recommended Three Peaks Mobile Home Service for the company that can dispose of the mobile home trailer properly. I paid Three Peaks Mobile Home Service in full on March, 2015 for them to remove and dispose of the trailer by April 1st, 2015. However, many excused due to weather or personal problems the trailer is still on the property. After many months gone by, Mary (owner of Three Peaks Mobile Home Service) told me that she has completely removed and clean up any debris the trailer has left. She promised an email with photos to prove that the job is done. Weeks went by and I did not receive any pictures from her, so I called her but she refused to pick up or return any of my calls. Today, September 14th, 2015, and the County inspecting officer has inspected the property and told me that the trailer is still there. Since Three Peaks Mobile Home Service hasn’t contacted me, I’m not sure when the job will be done, considering that it’s has been over five months the contract date.Desired Settlement: I request to have the mobile home trails remove as soon as possible.
