Three Phase Mechanical

We requested a quote for a new unit, since we'd already been quoted elsewhere on repairs and knew it was more economical to replace the entire system. We called 3 Phase on a recommendation we'd received. They arrived promptly, thoroughly checked our system and set-up, and gave us a very reasonable quote. They gave us some suggestions on obtaining financing and we'd told them we'd be in touch. There was absolutely no pressure, and I appreciated that. A few days later we had our plan and they scheduled the appointment. They had also explained previously that since our current system was operational, that the appointment could be a little further out than someone with a broken unit. (Completely Understandable) They were still available within the week and arrived timely. They were respectful and courteous, and spent time to explain what they were doing throughout the process. I would, without a doubt, call 3 Phase before considering any other company.

This company is fantastic ! This is my second experience with them and there tech [redacted] who is very knowledgable and most important Fair & honest. First time I called them was to correct a problem from another company who had hosed me and incorrectly installed a thermostat. [redacted] came out quickly found problem checked out operation of unit and charged me $30 !!! Second time I thought that my heat pump was short cycling and I had renters coming in in a couple of days. I called and specially asked for [redacted] and he came out talked to me about my problem explained how heat pumps work especially when it is colder than normal and said he thought there was nothing wrong and was it working properly. I said how much do I owe you and he said nothing, "I don't charge for just talking to you" and smiled. Wow !!! hard to believe in this day and age. If you have any problems with your A/C or heat in phoenix valley call this company,they are fantastic !!!!!

Our air conditioning went out one night and I called Three Phase the next morning. I left a message at 6:45am, was called back at 7am and had a technician here at 8am. It was fantastic. The technician was highly knowledgeable and was helpful in letting us know how to prevent this in the future. The fee was very reasonable. I would certainly call them again for any kind of scheduled or surprise maintenance!
