If I could select multiple issues I would. I not only am having refund issues, I'm also having contract issues, billing issues,and guarantee issues. I did 6 laser lipo treatments with them and they have a money back guarantee that if you dont loose 3 to 5 inches with each treatment they will refund your money. I only lost 3 inches on my first treatment and after that no more. I have asked for a refund and gotten no response other than they will call me but never did. Also there is an issue with the contract. I never actually signed it. An employee at their office signed it for me. I never gave that employee permission to sign my name. The contract is through them and a finance company called ***. The money needs to either be refunded back to me so I can pay the finance company or they need to send the money back to the finance company. I never signed that contract. That's not my signature and they committed fraud by signing my name. I want this matter resolved.
