asked us to install camshaft censor, that he purchased on his. After the installment, it was discovered the the timing chain was broken, which as cause damage to the motor head. We try to explain this to the customer but he did not want to listen.  The customer was told that to repair the engine the cost would be $950. I been in business for many years, I treat my customers very good.

Review: I bought my car in to have a camshaft replaced based on a diagnostic I received from Autozone. I purchased the part myself based on my car make and model and was advised that it wasn't correct and told to purchase another from their local auto store. I did so. They advised AFTER installation, that the camshaft was not the issue. Suddenly they came back to tell me the timing belt was broken and that was the cars problem. I was told I now had to buy a belt and my labor costs had gone from $40 to $100 and now $325. I questioned why my belt was not broken and stated this was not an issue originally. A worker said he'll throw in the belt and all I had to do was pay the labor costs and my vehicle would be ready at 7PM. By 6:15PM the mechanic fixing my car had packed and left for the day leaving my car hoisted in the air. I was told to come back the next morning and all would be resolved. Reluctantly I agreed. I call today after 11AM and I'm told to just come in, the car has more problems. These problems were created on their property and I'm being hustled out of money for things that were not broken. They are scamming customers, ruining cars and charging.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. My car needed general maintenance and they caused it to not operate. I was them to cover the expenses of labor and parts performed by a more professional shop as I no longer trust them with repairs.
