I have attached 4 statements to show that this compliant is erroneous.  The customer is being evasive and untruthful.  The customer was suppose to pay us $496.00 upfront to help him fix his credit and help him move into a home.  He could not afford that so we set up payment plans....

 The customer has not paid us in full and we have worked on his file and disputed credit.  I have attached documentation showing an email chain from the customer not only does this prove he never told us not to stop working on his file he continued to tell us when to take out payments.  You will see emails from the client in question stating for us to take 2 payments out in Jan.  Why would you do that if you wanted to cancel in Nov.  You will also see email from client stating he wants to make final payments to us in Feb.  This email came in Dec so again after Nov.  Also stated in compliant he never received anything, but if you read email he confirms he received paperwork and letters from us via email.  It is unfortunate that his payments to us bounced his accountant, but that was not our fault we worked as much with him as possible on payments and in fact he still owes us money.  I will not refund any money to client because you can clearly she from the email chain the client's compliant is untruthful and we did nothing wrong.

I could not get them to answer me when I keep calling in nov and most of dec so mr [redacted] touched base with me I said I do not want to do this any more he said he need the payment I told hime not to take any money out in jan I was layed off from work
