Review: when a customer purchases lenses with this lab with anti reflective, the lenses have a 1 or 2 year scratch warranty that are included with that purchase. they pay extra for it. we stopped doing business with this lab due to quality issues, but fully expect them to comply with warranties on lenses already sold for the periods already paid for. they are refusing to do so, citing a policy placed into effect long after we signed a contract with them. I don't really see how it effects individuals who paid, individually, for extra coverage on an item, whether we are doing business with them or not.Desired Settlement: that they honor the very few warranties I have requested.

We do not request or require contracts to do business with us. I have enclosed a copy of the terms page of the price list printed in 2013 that states warranties cannot exceed 10% of gross pruchases… I also investigated requests for warranty from this office and could only find one request which was for the office employees personal glasses who filed the complaint.
