Called 3 times for spray foam insulation. First time Jim said he would call me back in 1 hour, he did not. The next day (Sunday) called the automated company line again, Jim answers, is rude and hangs up on me. Monday I call a different person in the company to possibly resolve any problems. Jeff said he was a manager and had no help for my issue to say the least.
