Three Sigma

Review: We paid Three Sigma in October for alarm service for our Pre-K through 12th grade school. Whenever an alarm goes off, it is monitored, confirmed, and emergency personnel are contacted. We had a drill on Monday, 4/22, and when we called the third party monitoring company, they informed us that they were not servicing us, because Three Sigma has not paid them on our behalf.In attempting to contact Three Sigma about this, their phone number is no longer in service and no response have been received from sending an e-mail or fax.Desired Settlement: We paid for a full year's worth of service, and clearly have not received the full benefit. We would like to be refunded the $360.00 we paid in. $180 for the service not received, and $180 for the hassle
