Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: it's been more than enough time to have the outsource company to come by and assess the problemCleanliness is not the issue nor inside or outWe have this place picked up outside and super clean inside, it's the fact that this place is an older property and its infested with AntsI have done everything I could possibly do to keep them outI've been waiting for so longAnd I just don't know what to do at this pointNo one has called me with a schedule of an exterminatorI don't expect one either at this pointI just had a newborn and I can't be having these ants just infesting everythingFood, bedding,clothes, etcThey're just everywhere! I understand there's more tenants but obviously no one with this company is organized nor caresIt's hard to live comfortable when this is an ongoing thing 24/7! current tenantThe complaint that was said to be reported on June 9, has been an ongoing struggle since the tenant called 4/29/to request a maintenance call4/29/was a Friday and our workers do not work on the weekendBeginning Monday 5/and ending on 5/25/16, our workers including myself, went to the property times trying to remedy the issues with the propertyAll four times the tenant was not home when stated.We do not enter residences occupied by tenants without someone homeThis is to avoid any possible problems with unsupervised entryWe have resolved this issue and all work that was requested was done.We thank you for facilitating this issue. I am rejecting this response because:What the response was back to me is not true. They told me they have came twice not four times, and I have made the proper calls if I needed to reschedule, so I took the initiative to give a heads up. Also no one calls or leaves any kind of notice that they have came by. So honestly there is no proper communication between the management group or me as the tenant. I have had problems with this business since day one! Still no one has came by to spray the house, which I've asked about already and all I get told is that they have it in the works, it's already going into July and nothing has happened. This is an older property and requires more, I do what I can on my part and I get no results from the business I signed my lease with.  Literally the day after I made the complaint they have someone show up which was nice. But awful that I had to take it to this level to get it done, which is still very unprofessional. I still need work done here and nothing has happened. My schedule is still the same which they have on file and expect to get these issues fixed to live decent for the next few months. this business does not care about the tenants they serve. I barely signed this lease in mid-March,  and already have so many issues. It's just not right. And feel they are making excuses to cover themselves for their unprofessional behavior and ways they run their business. . The way I've been spoken to and treated is not okay either by the people that work in the office. Very frustrating to know that they allow unprofessional front desk associates to talk to tenants the way they do, let alone actually be employed there.

I have done everything I could possibly do to keep them out. I've been waiting for so long. And I just don't know what to do at this point. No one has called me with a schedule of an exterminator. I don't expect one either at this point. I just had a newborn and I can't be having these ants just infesting everything. Food, bedding,clothes, etc... They're just everywhere! 6/30/16RE: ID [redacted]To Whom It May Concern,We at Three Sons understand the tenant’s frustration. However, we are just as frustrated when we have done everything to rectify the issues yet they are still not satisfied. Going to the property several times and no one home is not acceptable but something we deal with multiple times every day with service to our tenants. We are not required by law to do exterminating. The tenants are expected to keep the property clean and clutter free. The exterminating is outsourced to a pest control company who does the set up and notifies the tenants. He is aware of the situation and would be exterminating as soon as he is able to do so.If the tenant is still not satisfied, we will accept a 30 day notice at the beginning of the month and we will void the contract.Sincerely,Albert M[redacted]
