[redacted] and [redacted] purchased a 2004 Cadillac CTS for our dealership on 9/18/2014. At that time the vehicle had a 3month/3000 mile engine and transmission warranty with a 50% copay. Six days after they purchased the vehicle, the radiator failed. We paid the tow of $115.00 and the complete...

repair of the radiator of $889.09 as a goodwill gesture. At that time, we furnished Ms. [redacted] with a loaner vehicle at no charge. In December, the Cadillac was towed to our dealership with a transmission issue. At that time, Ms. [redacted] demanded that we pay for the entire transmission repair. We finally told her that if she paid $400.00, we would cover the rest of the repair. Once again she was given a loaner vehicle free of charge. The work was performed and the vehicle was returned on January 8th, 2015. We have copies of both repairs on file. The vehicle now has 137,382 miles on it. They have put on over 10,000 miles and have owned the vehicle for close to nine months. The warranty from the repair shop is also 3 months. They have never asked for our assistance, only made demands that we continue to cover repairs that are outside of the warranty. [redacted] the car was seen multiple times for shifting problems/transmission leaks and other issues related to the transmission When it was still under warranty yet it was always just rigged to get us through the warranty. We asked for paper work every time the supposably fixed it and they always had an excuse. The car has had nothing but problems since the first day I purchased it as it blew up on the way bringing it home and they promised they were going to fix everything and make it right. And now this is the second time the transmissions has gone out and it hasn't even been 6 months since the other one was put in. And then they call me at work and say they are towing the car off their lot if I don't come and get it and I'll have more problems than a transmission. I don't know how they expect me to get my car off their lot without a transmission. I'll accept the car being fixed correctly because it's been an on going problem even when it was still under warranty and was never resolved or the amount of the car can be refunded so I can go elsewhere.
