I registered for CNA training with Three Star Nursing in Lubbock, Texas and the experience has been phenomenal The class is a combination of classroom, lab, and hands on training at actual facilities The instructor Mrs*** is just amazing She takes the time to teach you the proper techniques to pass the state exam and doesn't mind spending extra time with students to ensure they feel confident and prepared for their new position She is flexible with your schedule and offers classes after business hours to give as many people as possible the chance to become certified She pushes you to do your best by going into class each day with a smile and inspiring her students with her compassion for others I've loved the class and love the instructor I highly recommend this program!
I paid $in September I requested a refund on October 10, due to the fact I relocated to another city for a job I was told I would be refunded 295.00, less the registration fee I was told it would take to days Today is January 30th, and I have yet to receive my refund Very unprofessional and will not answer emails or phone calls
I took the night class and it fit my schedule really wellThe training is thorough, and will prepare the student for their career as a nursing aide/assistant
