Thank you for contacting Three Z’s Expedite LLC on behalf of
this matter. It saddens me to receive a complaint from Revdex.com
as well as a customer. We strive for excellent customer service and promptness
at Three Z’s Expedite LLC. However, as a new business...

owner I understand that
we may fall short of expectations in certain matters. From my understanding the
day we provided transportation for Ms. [redacted] and her son, I contacted Ms.
[redacted] over an hour before her appointment to notify that my driver was in
route to pick her up. When my driver arrived he notified me that Ms. [redacted] did
not answer the door. I told the driver to wait there while I contacted Medical
Transportation Management (MTM) to inform them on the situation and receive
further instruction. MTM told me that the decision to wait on the client or
tell my driver to leave was up to me. 
After dispatching MTM, I called my driver back to find out if Ms. [redacted]
had come outside since our conversation, he let me know that she did not
arrive. I told my driver that he could leave and continue his route due to our
busy schedule. 
I apologize for the inconvenience this situation may have caused
in regards to Ms. [redacted] son appointment but I could not afford to wait any
longer than the time allotted.  Three Z’s
Expedite LLC will be taking this customer concern into consideration because
this is our first and hopefully last concern voiced by Revdex.com.

Review: My one year old had a really important dr appointment to see a pediatric urologist I had my appointment time scheduled for 1pm my insurance company set my transportation through "Three Z's" a private owned transportation company. I was told that my driver would be to my house an hour before my son's scheduled appointment. At 12:46 p.m. I contact the owner [redacted] she tells me that the driver is 5 mins away. At 12:57 I contact my health insurances transportation department notifying them my scheduled ride was no where to be found and I had a dr appointment two town's over so there was no way I would make this appointment. My insurance company transportation dept tells me that "[redacted]" of Three Z's transportation told her that they knocked on my door and was at my location which was false. I had my car seat and my toddler outside in front of my house with my neighbor waiting for the ride. Also there wasn't a missed call on my call log from the driver nor the owner of Three Z's. Not only were they extremely late for a scheduled pick up time but they're also incompetent and dishonest. I would not recommend anyone hiring a transportation that conduct business in this manner extremely unprofessional and I have never had to experience this type of customer service ever.Desired Settlement: It would be nice if state insurance (transportation department) created a more accurate system where they weren't just hiring anyone with a car they should be qualified and have standards and qualifications as a requirement for that particular position and when a client files a complaint it should dealt with rather than just overlooking the customer or client's complaint because this isn't the first time that I've had to deal with an issue in their transportation department.
