regards to the ticket but it is still on goingThey were suppose to build a drench last friday Nov 10th but called on Thursday the 9th to cancel the appt and make it for the 17th of NovemberAlso they had us send pictures of the damage but they have not said or done anything else in regards to itPlease do not cancel this tkt since this is still on going for us
I apologize for not sending this information earlier. This project was resolved and completed on April 18th. Our Production Manager [redacted] contacted the Home Owner on April 16 and told him of our plan to discuss his concerns and that he would be called on the 17th by 8:30am. On April 17th we...
called [redacted] on a conference call to explain our plan to resolve all his concerns and that we would complete the project on the 18th. He was very appreciative of our communication and looked forward to his projects completion. [redacted] also pointed out to him that he had a void under the slab in the area we are working. I then told him that due to the delays in the project that we would fill that void at no extra cost to him. He was very pleased with that as well. [redacted] completed this on 4/24/18. [redacted] was also very pleased that we sent [redacted] down the afternoon of the 18th to assure completion and did a walkthrough of his entire home. [redacted] later called [redacted] to thank him for sending the guys down so quickly and that we did a great job with the dirt work on the outside. He said the guys cleaned up well and stayed late to see the project got completed. Should you need anything further please let me know. [redacted]
We have also received a call from the Home Owner. They are scheduled for today 10/17/17 at 4 pm we will be evaluating all of there concerns and we will be working towards a resolution. Upon resolution I share with the Revdex.com the final outcome.
