Stay as far away as possible
An incredibly frustrating and obnoxious experience that is still ongoing 2 years after my initial order was made. I sent in 4 wheel faces for a 3-piece build in January of 2021. My order was placed with Jake. I was initially advised 8-12 weeks. Gabby was my point of contact and was generally polite and responsive, but there was never much information to give me. August of 2022, I finally received my wheels. They looked great, no real complaints about the work done. Unfortunately, I was missing a pack of hardware to assemble one additional wheel, and advised Gabby. The wrong pack was sent out, and in November when I went to fit the wheels, I advised Gabby of this. However, I am still waiting for the correct hardware. Additionally, I chose to order 2 more inner barrels in November of 2022. Gabby had advised me that they were in-stock items, and would be "a couple of weeks" for processing, powder coat, and delivery. Worth noting, Gabby has stopped responding (is she no longer with the company?) and Alexandria has been the one not responding to me. I have reached out to the company every "couple of weeks" for updates, with no response from them in months. In January I was advised the items were in the 'finishing qeue' but have received no news since then.

The company's attitude about "you'll get it when you get it, parts availability issues" is piss poor. I can't think of any other business or industry for that matter that has leaned so hard into the global pandemic excuse for just being horrible at their work. Run a widget company and can't get widgets? Maybe stop taking orders for widgets. Had I known at the time that I placed my several thousand dollar order what they would be like to work with, I would have never made the purchase. In the time that they have taken to build a set of wheels and maybe process an extra pair of barrels, the car the wheels were built for has been entirely mechanically restored. A whole car- completely mechanically rebuilt in the same timeframe that my "8-12 week" wheels and "a couple of weeks" extra barrels have taken. This is a 35 year old German car- it's not like parts for it are sitting at your local Advance Auto and it was still completed before the wheels. "Global parts availability" is such a cop-out here.

My intent was not to leave a review until after my business was concluded with this company, but at the moment I am $3k+ into this set of wheels (which are still incomplete) with no updates and need something to get the attention of the company to maybe provide me with an update, or God forbid, finish the work.

I've read many reviews here that match my own, but found one kind of funny- the reviewer noted that a rep at the company told him the google reviews were not real customers. I have to agree: anyone giving this company a good review is more than likely a fake review. I have saved every email between myself and this company. I promise, I am a real and really frustrated customer. Do I need to show up in person to literally pick my wheel parts from your shelves and drive them back to the east coast?

Absolutely a nightmare to deal with waited over 1 year when my lips and barrels arrive I was hoping at least they will line up but this is way off I don’t even know what they these people sent me

I am rejecting this response because:
Their company screwed up, not us as the consumerThey falsely advertised these wheels as inch rims then sent us inch rimsI cannot begin to wrap my head around how they expect me to pay to ship rims from Georgia back to California because THEY falsely advertised itIf this cannot be corrected we will dispute the charge with our financial instituteI am not forking out the money to ship them back because the company screwed up
