receipt given to her when she brought the bracelet to my store to have it repairedI recall that this bracelet was brought in about one year agoI have offered to pay for the bracelet and asked what the value is but she refusedSince receiving the letter from the Revdex.com, we have contacted *** to come to the store to resolve the issue by helping to locating the bracelet by giving us a full description, (coloring, size, type of stones etc.) or replace it with something comparable or paying her the monetary value
