Bought 4 appliances and none work they sent a repair man with track marks on his arms to my house when my children were there to beat on the stove I bought with a hammer an tell me it's my problem ! I am currently in the process of taking them to small claims. Also called Ohio attorney general about this issue. The appliances come with a 30 day warranty but they won't give me my money back or anything but fix it! I refuse to have someone come to my house again with track marks and my children being present!

Review: On February 6, 2015 I had purchased a Washer and Dryer from Thrift Town Treasures. I ended up picking up the washer and dryer myself and brought them to my house, I didnt use the free delivery service offered because I was told it would be a few days before they could deliver cause of backed up orders waiting to be delivered. Unloading the washer and dryer and putting them in my laundry room in my house I let them sit a bit cause of it being cold outside. After sitting for about 2 hours I went to do a load of laundry and when I did the washer was making real loud noises. I called Thrift Town and explained what was going on. I was told they would send the service guy out to fix them. The service man came to my house and told me the agitator was the issue and he would bring a new one. The service man was drunk and reeked of alcohol. I called the store and explained the issue and was told not to get smart on the phone and the issue will be fixed. When I explained about the service guy being drunk I was told he was a independent contractor and didnt work for them. Service guy came back and had wrong agitator and told me I could do a load of laundry just deal with noise till he comes back. When I did the washer started smokeing and stopped working. When I went to use dryer the dryer never worked neither. Called back to the store and was told they will deliver a new set when they get them in stock and ever since then have not heard back from the company or anyone. I am upset completely and just want my money back an aapologized for what I had to go through and for the way I was treated by workers that is not customer service at all.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded [redacted] for the amount I payed for the washer and dryer and a apology from the company as well. If no response to this I will furthur my action through small claims court.

Review: I purchased a used washer on Friday, May 29th,2015 at Thrift Town in Niles, Ohio. There is a 30 day warranty on the product. First they were supposed to deliver the washer on Tuesday June 2nd, they never called to say they were unable to deliver it. I had to call every single day until they finally delivered it Friday June 5th. The washer DOES NOT work. I called June 6th to ask for them to fix it, the repair man was supposed to come Monday June 8th, 2015. They never called nor showed up. I called them that day and they were supposed to return my call by 5pm and never did. I call AGAIN on Tuesday June 9th, 2015, they said the repair guy was supposed to come that day and call a half hour before he came. Once again, I never received a phone call. I called today Wednesday June 10th and was put on hold for almost 10 minutes, then I hung up and called right back and they turned their phone off. They have not been true to their advertising, and their communication with customers is completely unprofessional and basically nonexistent.Desired Settlement: I would like my product to be repaired and/or a refund. Although they say they do not do refunds, I would greatly appreciate one because they have not stayed true to their advertising.
