Sent them a message asking if they can pick up a couch I have, it was in good condition and had a few small tears on the cushions. They called back and said no problem, but had to be on ground floor. I had two friends drive up from Franklin the day before to move it downstairs for me. The driver called and confirmed he was on his way to pick up, showed up, and decided it was in "poor condition", and left. No call, nothing. Next day they told me it was in "poor condition" and that's why he didn't pick it up, but, "he should have called". I told her that I mentioned the exact condition it was in, no one asked me any questions about it, just told me to bring it down to ground level and scheduled a pick up, and now I'm stuck with a couch in the apartment complex parking lot and threatened to be fined by my landlord if I don't move it, but I can't due to back issues. Total hassle and poor customer service.
