At our pharmacy the procedure in place requires that medications like *** are double counted by separate people: a technician and a pharmacist using an automatic pill counting machine, making a possibility of an error very unlikelyUnfortunately, this medication being a “controlled substance” is strictly regulated by the DEA, making it impossible to just give the patient pills that he wants to receive

Review: I paid for 30 [redacted] pills and they only gave me 23!I only noticed when I got home when the bottle seemed a little short and I counted them.Don't bring your prescriptions here. When I went back to get my 7 pills they said I had to come back on Monday to see a different pharmacist.I then asked "this means I am inconvenienced twice" they said "Yes"Desired Settlement: I would like to get the missing 7 pills

[redacted] came to see the SP about 3 weeks after the alleged incident stating that he was too busy to call or express his concern when he originally noticed the “shortage”. At the time of his visit he seemed very agitated and raised his voice several times saying that “we stole his 7 pills” and even showed some violence scarring some of the other customers. As a result of we were unable to reach any solution to the issue and he ended up filing this complaint.
