I was scammed out of $6900.00 by Thrive Institute and even called local police who investigated and agreed it was a scam I spoke with Dave T and he refused to return my money. The $6500 I sent was supposed to be advertising.. *** shut me down after a few days and said it was not a legitimate web site that they gave me. I have yet to earn a penny from the business. The $399 money was for the website and then $6500 for advertising. This all happened around December 18 2019. I believe the people should be prosecute to fullest extent of the law. The company's associate: "***" contacted me by phone marketing that they would help me get an Amazon Affiliate Account, and I was just to send them $350 to build my new website, which I did. One week later a gentleman from Thrive Business Institute name *** call and said my website was ready to be marketed, he said send him a cashier check for $5,000. I thought that to be a bit high for an Amazon Affiliate business but was told I could work from home, and that my new home business could make my initial investment back over the big Black Friday & Christmas sales event. Well when I was assure that the business would do well. I sent them the funds $5,000 of my retirement funds to market my new business and help me get my business off to a great start. They never did anything but send me a couple emails. My dilemma was if I am paying them to market my account why am I being told to link a website. I had no coaching and was told to not access until their coach walk me through and train me how to use the site, "that never happened." I link my domain *** per their instruction which assure me this would be my new website name, but later was told to link a different site call *** at *** even after linking it, it never produced any sales. So now it’s changed again to the ***. Now just recently 1/14/2020 almost 2 month after Black Friday, I get a text from them that gave me a new website name "***" access and this was unacceptable all around I missed the opportunity to make my money back right away and that is why I am frustrated and requested my refund for no marketing as we missed the whole Black Friday/Christmas sales event. I got no sales to show or prove they did anything. So when I survey the facts it was clear this is fraud, I had nothing to show for my $5000 retirement money.
Became a client of ours on October 15th 2019 when he responded to one of our online ads and requested for business coaching services and help with setting up a business website. He was informed that he would have a 3 day no questions asked refund policy he could exercise after which we would complete his website and he signed the document to the effect. After the completion of his website and within two weeks, he was very impressed with the work we provided and asked that we market his business online for him at which time the agreed contract was for $5000.00.
*** became impatient and high maintenance almost immediately. This client signed documents with the understanding that the completion of product(s)/Service(s) could take up to 30 days to be completed and he agreed to allow Thrive Business Institute in partnership with *** the allowed time to complete fulfillment for this members purchase. As you will see in the clients complaint the purchase was made on 10/27/2019 and the client began to see a problem with the product(s)/Service(s) not being to his satisfaction on 11/18/2019. Due to this the member was scheduled for an early website walkthrough to present the website and go over products available to purchase on his website. The walkthrough was completed and the client agreed he would have input with choosing a domain name and agreed to allow time to complete the website/marketing fulfillment process.
Enclosed below you will find the invoice documents sent to ***, which has terms, and conditions enclosed and must be signed and returned before proceeding with the fulfillment process. After a number of scheduled appointments
and coaching sessions, *** was provided not one website but two websites, due Mr. not being satisfied with the original website and the lack of producing sales within the time frame provided by the amazon associate program. *** was offered an upgrade and social media advertising to help monetize his associate business with no further out of pocket cost to him. He accepted the Niche website upgrade and social media advertising package for free and was advised that the website and social media *** setup could take approximately 30 days to be completed. *** understood and agreed to allow Thrive Business Institute in partnership with *** the allowed time needed to complete the fulfillment process.

Enclosed you will find copies of the signed invoices along with the clients website links, fulfillment with search engine submission and ping services, Social media *** page and Customer support communications via email.
