unitWe never told him that he could just plug these in like a self contained coolerWe also explained to Mr*** during a couple of telephone conversations that he would need to have a forklift, a loading dock, or a rollback tow truck to unload the doors from the freight carrier's truck because they were too long for the lift gate to workGenerally, a refrigeration contractor is familiar with this processMr***'s tow truck driver would not help to unload and it appears that no one on site was familiar with the delivery process for this type of refrigeration equipmentWe have other customers that purchased these same doors and they did not have any issues having them installed by their refrigeration contractorOur refrigeration technician spoke with the person that was going to install these doors and condensing unit several times offering advice on how to hook them upWe emailed the specs for the condensing unit and the doors in an effort to assist with installationMr***'s installer made it clear that he was not a refrigeration contractorOur technican gave the installer several options on where to purchase the expansion valve that was required for the job Mr*** never expressed that he wanted to return the doors to us Mr*** never said that he had any trouble connecting the (2) door cases that made up his doorsAll remote cooler and freezer doors come from the manufacturer as 2, 3, and door casesTherefore it required cases to make up his doorsExperienced refrigeration installers know how to connect these boxes together The cases are the exact same model we originally told him and the ad states the type of case We can send pictures of the cases before and after we refurbished and references if needed

Everything they are saying is falseI do have an licensed refrigeration expert working on the coolers and they can testify soThey have been doing refrigeration work for over years including work on ***The gentleman they are referring to is a family member checking out the electric work but didn't do any work on the coolers. I'm going to say this againPinecrest sold these coolers as plug in readyWe were told that all we had to do is install the condenserThe refrigeration guy has had to call several times to ask about these coolers because we were sold freezers not a cooler as toldEverything inside had to be replaced to make these coolers like The txv valves, all the copper, the cooler doors didn't fit together, they had holes all in the back that had to be sealed, the condenser was supposed to be a mid temp but came as a freezerWe have witnesses to show all of this is court and that's where you will see us if you don't give me a refundI will go to the mediaI don't care if you have other satisfied customers because you probably sold them correct equipment.

Mr*** never contacted us about replacing fans, motors or copper linesNeither did he mention issues with connecting the casesAlthough we spoke with Mr*** and his installer on several occasions, he never brought up these issuesIn our years in the equipment business, we have never experienced all of the fans and fan motors failing at the same timeIt is our belief that this could only be caused by hooking the cases up incorrectlyAs far as the copper lines, all of the lines were tested prior to shipping with no issues found When our refrigeration technician spoke with Mr***'s installer, the installer stated that he was installing these cases to help Mr*** out because he was a family member and that he does not normally do refrigeration installation These doors were ready to be installed by an experienced refrigeration technicianIf the customer had purchased new doors, his installer would still have to connect the cases together; install the correct TXV valves; and hook up the condensing unitThis is the standard process We can supply references of customers who purchased these same doors if neededHere is the link to our ad: *** It is never our intention to misrepresent our equipment

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I would love to see the before and after photosThese coolers have had way more to do than just hookup a condenser as pinecrest statedThey have just incriminated themselvesI was told I just had to hookup a condenserWe have spent over dollars repairing this cooler because it didn't work due to the frigeration insideThe whole coolers have had to be gutted and copper replacedNothing workedSo they just incriminated themselves saying they told me only the condenser had to be installedThe doors wouldn't fit together so the refrigeration guy had to remount the doors so they would seal togetherWe had to replace all copper inside the doors because the lines were all bustedWe had to replace all fans and motors because they didn't workWe were sold ready to go coolers all we had to do was install the condenser.
