Ms*** contacted ** *** *** in April of regarding perceived issues with the exterior of her homeMs*** is the second owner of this home which was originally completed and closed in August of ** *** *** reviewed Ms***'s issues and the pictures provided
concluding that the issues were related to regular homeowner maintenance that was not attended to during the years of previous ownership

I am rejecting this response because:The way the paint was applied is unacceptableThe issue was addressed several times during the warranty period but the comment was that there is just dirt on the paintHowever even aggressive power washing was not able to remove the dirtThe comments from professional power washers were posted earlierAs such the issue was not addressed properlyI just re painted the houseNT owes me the costs for a repaintIt is unheard of that painting of a new house become necessary after yearsNT has provided poor workmanship as evidenced by endless pictures and power washer's/and painter's commentsIt seems pathetic to answer to a complaint after months and after it got fixed which obviously was noticed by somebody from NT

*** spoke with our customer service manager this morning and has identified three items that need to be taken care ofMoving forward *** will be working directly with our manager to confirm dates to when those three items will be resolved

I am rejecting this response because:It was not lack of homeowner maintenance that caused the issue, and this was confirmed via independent inspections.  This documentation was submitted directly to the builder for their review. It is to be noted that the builder refused to inspect the residence directly.   Examples of the builder installed issues reflecting poor/inadequate and improper installation and workmanship:   lack of out sloping on the window sills causing moisture to pool in these areas; lack of primer and paint on some of the bottom cut ends, allowing moisture to infiltrate; improper use of trim as a porch railing, which is not a manufacturer's approved use of the trim.
