Thrive Networks

After working with Precision IT, and subsequently Thrive Networks, for five years, we decided to change IT support companies after they failed to respond to an *** for converting us to ***. After Precision was acquired by Thrive, their service level suffered dramatically and this was the final straw. They also had failed to properly patch/update our server, which crashed and didn't have proper backups set up. After we gave them notice we planned to terminate their service, Thrive refused to provide us the passwords and other credentials to network hardware until we paid them for 8 months of service they were no longer going to provide. Their withholding of our property is certainly unprofessional and likely illegal. Had they behaved professionally, we would have happily paid our final month's bill and gone about our business. But their lack of business ethics is unacceptable, so we wanted to let the world know before anyone else decides to do business with them.
