This company is nothing more than a SCAM!!!!! I purchased the product *** from a company I had been told was "True Advantage Skin Serum" in August and immediately started noticing that my face was breaking out I was allergic to the compound in the facial serum I called customer relations at True Advantage within a week in September and informed them that I could not use the product and would be willing to send it back to them for a refund The woman who I spoke to in customer relations informed me that I did NOT need to send back the product, that they understood my dilemma and were willing to issue me a credit for the full amount of the transaction $ In September I filled a complaint with *** Bank because I never received a refund I would have gladly shipped back the serum but was never given a return authorization or even a request to return it Now they are telling me that they had given me a return authorization and since it is now September they will no longer willing to refund the product price These people are real scammers and if I was wise I would have checked the Revdex.com and noted that they are listed under a different name *** *** and have an "F" rating Their phone number is X-XXX XXX-XXXX I am hopeful that I will be able to get a refund as they had promised me back in September Today when I called them on 11/2/16, I even offered to return the product and they said they were not interested and would not refund me even a cent!!!!
