What a wonderful experience! This Discount Tire has come through for me so many times over the years
months ago I purchased a used carI say it was used because it was a 2015, however it only had 8,miles on it so it was actually very newWhen I purchased the car, I inspected the tires and they looked as expected - about 8,miles worth of wearAfter much negotiation I bought the car, after they "Detailed" it
Fast forward to months laterI arrive at my local Discount Tire Store for my first tire rotation with my slightly used car
The representative came out to get the details of the tires and car
He looked puzzled and concerned"Are these the tires that came with the car?"
"Yes, they have about 15,miles on them now, I bought the car with 8,miles on it and the tires were barely used at that time."
He then showed me the wear - and several nail holes - these tires were BARE! The dealer had switched the tires when they "Detailed" the car!
The Manager of Discount Tires then helped me purchase new tires and get them installed right thenI looked at the old tires and they had several patches, one was even a bicycle patch!
The Manager - Vincent - was so helpful he told me he would hold the tires incase I wanted to reach out to the dealerI did call the dealer and they were aware that had happened to a few people, they quickly reimbursed me for the full amount of the new tires
My family owns cars and we take them all to this Discount Tire for all our tire needs
They have been there for us ever since they first opened
The people are wonderful, highly skilled, and very friendlyI would never go any place else
