I will not even entertain any of this statement nor any of the requests! This is all a lie and it will not be tolerated! I have all messages and nothing was done or not done without our previously discussing it!i went over and beyond for you and spent hours on your session, your digitals
were given to you as stated and there is nothing more I will do for you!

again This business owner is lying The problem is I received only half of what I paid for We agreed that all digitals would be given to me By her own admission there were over She then only sent me because she decided she could go and change the contract on her own because asking a question is complaining in her book and there'll be punishments for thatI did not agree to anything other then our original contract which was all digitals for $ I am not lying and suggest the messages be sent to the Revdex.com for review I will not tolerate you calling me a liar as it is libel since it is untrue I also will not tolerate not getting what I paid for I have electronic evidence to prove your lies Like when you said you'd give me a refund in June of yet never did I have multiple messages from you trying to cut down the amount of time the link to the pictures stay open, after the fact First, you lied and said you gave me a month, but then when I told you how I left you a message only weeks after saying I couldn't get into the link for some time, you then changed your story to say you give two weeks You then changed it a 3rd time after that to That doesn't matter though because you said you'd edit some photos and the time to download wouldn't start until the editing is finished and the photos are ready But, I guess your word meant nothing when you said you were doing that too I have a feeling you purposely did that just so you could play these games and not give me anything because you did the same thing with the refund You say you are doing something and then you don't Anything we discussed or agreed upon is all on fb messenger and no where elseAll you said in person was you'll send me the link when they're ready There were no other explanations or agreements because you were in a rush and had a family thing I think a party or dinner I have a witness to prove this The person helping you left during the shoot before this It doesn't really matter though Everything I say I have electronic records and proof of There's multiple instances on our electronic communication where you lied and said you were doing things and did not There are also multiple examples of you saying things are one way and then completely contradicting yourself and saying it's different after you find out I have proof to show you didn't follow your supposedly rules in regards to how you do things I think you were making up the rules or how you say you do things alone the way to try and not give me the pictures since you felt I "complained," was "ungrateful," was "a nasty person," and a "jerk" all for asking if the nose scrunching was just editing and could be fixed Because I had asked you if I should put make up on the cut on her nose and you said not to because you'd edit it out Then you left it I think you just wanted to get it done with So to try and say you discussed the way you do things when u couldn't even wait for seconds of concealer is laughable But like I said, we made all agreements online beforehand I would not go into that without the contractual stuff and expectations in place and documented with proof I've asked you to make this right and you have consistently been aggresive, deceitful and unprofessional in my opinion I will not be taking advantage of and then called names by someone for just asking for what was agreed upon I will provide all ** messengers because that's how we communicatedI think there were a few texts and a call but that was more about you changing the location the day of shortly before the shoot because you did so much prep you didn't realize the other site didn't work until that very day All that doesn't matterWhat matters is you opened the link for maybe a week at best I let you know around weeks I couldn't get in for a while You shouldn't have started the time anyways until you did the edits you said you would doInsteadYou just blew the edits off and then decided I'm not getting those pictures because I "complained about them." I never agreed to change the contact to take less photosI don't know why you thought you could try and give me less then all the digital copies like we had agreed and then tell me I'm a jerk and not grateful Well go to the store and pay for a dozen eggs Take them back because are cracked and ask them if there is something they can do with the cracked eggs If they took out eggs and gave you back and told you, "that's all you are getting now get out you ungrateful jerk I just spent hour packing these eggs." How would that go over with you ? That's essentially how you have acted I've tried I'd say exhaustively to get you to keep this simple and give up the rest of the at least digitals I paid you for You are choosing to be difficult as you have throughout this entire process[Regards,

[I wrote the check at the amount of $on May 14th, The check was cashed at the amount of $by *** *** on May 18th, I was told that $was for newborn session and family session with digital pictures includedWe were unable to have the family session done sooner because it was our daughter's soccer seasonShe has soccer games on both Saturdays and Sundays, and we were unable to have it done on weekdays due to my husband's work scheduleI was told that it was OK to have family session done some other time without stating that it had to be within a monthWe had our first shoot exactly months ago to this exact dateOver the past months I have tried arranging a time to finish our shoot through ***'s colleague ***, who had told me that *** was booked and only available certain weekdays making it difficult for our family to make itThere was definitely a lack of communication on both ends, but the facts are still factsThrough My Lenz photography only did half the job they charged me forAs you can see, *** is clearly not telling the truth, as she states we only paid her $She also exaggerating an embellishing her story stating that we haven't contacted her in monthsThat would be true if today was the first day we tried contacting her from the first shoot we had back on May 14thMy personal life has nothing to do with this, and bringing up thing about my relationship with my husband is an example of unprofessionalism*** *** who knows absolutely nothing about my personal life, has the audacity to try and blame her lack of professionalism on made up stories about my husband and my relationship is almost comicalWe ended up not having family session done because our appointment got moved to the date that we were going to be out of town (Thanksgiving!) Months ago, I had referred Through My Lenz to a friend to have baby pictures doneShe spent $in total and received digital picturesWe spent $but received digital picturesWe found out on the website that the newborn session was $and the family session was also $My brother-in-law had contacted *** ***, the photographer and business owner for clarificationHe received a message from her with unfriendly manner stating that I paid $and received over digital picturesClearly something is wrong here! Lastly, it is completely unprofessional and illegal for *** to be using our daughter's baby pictures on their website without our permissionWe are kindly asking it be removed, immediately. .]

The client that filed the report was not even in attendance of the photo session. It is the clients husband. They paid a total of $300 of which $175 was the 3 hour session fee. I do not have any packages for $175 that is strictly a session fee. I never once was rude, unprofessional or hostile...

to my client ever!  I completed my newborn session! The client could not get her husband to come in for the session to do the family portion of it which consists of two shots of the family.  My client had been speaking about divorcing her husband at the time and how he was always traveling. I told her we could go ahead and do the family shot another time within the month.the client called 7 months after the newborn session during Christmas time because she wanted a family picture for Christmas cards.  this is not part of the newborn session the baby is now 7 months old. i will not refund any money nor give an apology as I did nothing to apologize for.  There is an obvious lack of communication between my client [redacted] and her husband.
