Review: I placed an order with Throwbackmax.com on June 11th, and I paid for my order through PayPal. Today is June 24th, and I have not received my order. For the past week, I've e-mailed throwbackmax.com twice, and I called their phone number(s) today, but I have not received any type of response. The phone numbers I called, the first one was an automated message system, and the second number I called posted on this Revdex.com site was a disconnected number. I called information hoping to obtain a new number, but they weren't listed.I have done online shopping before, but never have I encountered this situation, where I place an order, received a confirmation for the order, and fail to respond to every one of my e-mails asking if my order has been shipped or not. This is not the way to run an online business. I demand my order to be shipped to my address or I will have to ask for my money back. Either way, I know I will never do business with them again.Desired Settlement: As stated above I wish to have either one of the three solutions done: Option 1)ship me the garment I ordered, Option 2) Ship me my order like Option 1, but free of charge, or Option 3)give me my money back.

Review: I ordered 5 shirts from Throwback Max over 2 weeks ago. I paid for the merchandise through Paypal and was billed immediately. They gave me a confirmation number and promised delivery within 7-10 business days. It has been over 2 weeks and I have still not received my products. I have tried repeatedly to contact the company by e-mail and also by phone. In both cases I have gotten no response. I therefore want either ONE, my items to be delivered that I ordered or 2 a FULL refund for the $91.46 I paid.Desired Settlement: I want either ONE my items to be delivered, OR two a FULL refund of $91.46.

Review: I ordered a t shirt for my son on April 8, 2014. My bank statement shows it was paid for on that date. I was told it would ship in 72 hours. After numerous emails I have had no response from the company. On their web site there's a place to "contact us" when you click on that nothing happens. There is no phone number for the company. I believe I have been scammed. The order number was #[redacted] for a total of $24.94. I live on social security and this is a lot of money to me. Maybe not to anyone else, but to me is half my grocery money for the week.Desired Settlement: I would like this order delivered to my son, or I want a full refund immediately.

Review: I placed order # [redacted] on 4/10/2014 7:54:04 AM CST. I was immediately charged for two t-shirts for a total of $49.98. At the time of checkout, a message regarding shipping was displayed as "Most orders ship within 72 hours, but some may take 3 to 7 business days."

I was happy to wait the 3 to 7 business days and even gave the order several more business days. It has now been 13 business days and I have not received my products and I have no way of tracking the shipment. I also have no way of contacting the company. The phone number does not work and they do not respond to emails.Desired Settlement: I would greatly appreciate the delivery of my products and/or at least an update on the shipment. If the products cannot be delivered, then I would like a full refund for the products.

Review: On July 2, 2014 I ordered one mens crewneck sweatshirt from the ThrowbackMax.com website. I payed with PayPal and received an immediate order confirmation via email stating most orders ship within 72 hours, but some may take 3-7 business days. Today, 7 weeks later, I still have not received my item. I emailed [redacted] but have not received any response.Desired Settlement: I would please like this business to fulfill my order for a men's size L "Chicago Cougars" crewneck sweatshirt in dark green. But if they for some reason are unable to do that, I would accept a full refund of $37.94 credited to my PayPal account that I used for this purchase.

Review: This business has failed to honor an internet sales transaction that took place November 30, 2015 (order ID [redacted]; value of $35.94). I purchased a hooded sweatshirt from their website, received a "sales order" confirmation email with all of the transaction details, and never received the item. I have contacted them via email three times and have received no response. Given the multitude of similar complaints on Revdex.com's website and around the web, I don't hesitate to call this business a fraud. Accepting payment and not delivering goods is despicable and should not be tolerated.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded in full for the $35.94 I paid to this business.
